Our Executive Director of Care
Carole Kelly
Carole
has been working in nursing for the past 30 years in community
settings, long term care, and acute care. She’s worked in Canada and
the United States. She has been working in gerontology for the last 26
years and has worked in the public and private sectors in Elder Care in
Calgary.
Carole was awarded the Premier’s Award of Excellence in 1999 for her contributions to New Innovative Programming in Continuing Care in Alberta. She worked for three years as the representative for Calgary on a Provincial Task Committee involving the University of Alberta, Alberta’s Seniors Advisory Board and the government regarding the care options for seniors. Carole was a member of the Alberta Workforce in developing the Alberta Curriculum for Health Care Aides. Carole has worked on numerous committees over the past 15 years as a representative for improving the care options for seniors in Alberta.
